Lies, Lies and Lies

Ordered with them a handful of times and 50% of the time, orders take more than a month. This is pathetic. And then they have things like Christmas delivery guaranteed on their website.

My housemate ordered many of the same items I did, except one. She has received her full order. She has since placed another new order and 3 days after placing the order her second order is already shipped. I have not received one item. Only the same sorry excuse of 'We do not keep stock' or 'We are waiting for suppliers'. How on earth can my housemate receive her orders if we've ordered the same things?

Ridiculous. I didn't even get communication that my orders would be late. I had to inquire what the hold up was. I have to now make alternate arrangements once the order arrives since I am already on holiday too.
