Late deliveries / no response from customer service

<p>1. Late delivery on products.</p> <p>2. Little or no response to enquiries regarding orders : the customer services (no services) team responding eventually (more than 48 hours later) and only after a number of emails from me following up - definitely not "will be in touch in the next few hours" as stated when an enquiry is sent through. </p> <p>USELESS service. </p>
