Lack of customer communication

I bought two side tables, the one was faulty and could not be assembled. I returned it and asked for it to be replaced. Apparently, the supplier now does not have stock and it could not be replaced. I was refunded for the one table. I then requested for the other table to be taken back and refunded as I wanted two matching tables for either side of the bed. I was told over a week ago they would come back to me, nothing, despite repeated requests for an update. Seriously shocking customer service.
