Lack of any service

Ordered goods that would be delivered during lockdown 5 May 2020. Waybill created 19 May 2020. No explaination as to why no action and why they exceeds their 5 to 10 working day delivery. After no feedback after my query I had to cancel the order on 2 June 2020 and get a refund. Nice they used my money for a month and did nothing.
