Just USELESS!!!!!

Where to begin !? If I could I would give zero stars ! Useless !!!! That's what comes to mind when you talk about customer service! There is just none ! Except for the ****** annoying automatic response system that states " Ticket #905415: Complaint Hello Grant,

Your request (#905415) has been received and and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are experiencing high volumes and that our response time will take longer than usual." I first sent an email on the 19th of June after a wrong product was delivered to my house. 11 days later no response what so ever!! So if you really want **** service then buy something from these guys ! One last thing there is no phone number to call these guys, so no one cares they received your money and they don't care if you get the right stuff, wrong stuff , someone else's stuff !!! NO RESPONSE IN 11 DAYS .I really want them to call me , ill give them something to worry about.
