JBL BT NC770 warrenty

I bought a pair of JBL headpphones and I had them for less than a year before they broke. They broke under warranty so I had sent them back in. The communication I received back was that it was a "user error" so there was nothing that could be done.

All I use these headphones for is to eat in my own house, absolutely nothing excertive, like working out. I was very upset with this response as I use the headphones as intended, and yet they broke.

I have been a huge ***** of one day only and have purchased many things from them. Yet, this is the 3rd negative experience I have had with them but the previous purchases were not as expensive nor were they under warranty.

In my opinion, the response I got was absolute nonsense. Especially when they added that repairing my headphones was "just not worth it." So what is the point of a warranty?

This was a very disappointing experience and since One Day Only always advertises these JBL products, I would like to warn everybody against purchasing this from One Day Only if this is the response you will get from them for a product that is under warranty, with no remorse.
