Jawbone is not working
<p>I bought a Jawbone Up2 about 2 weeks ago. The unit doesn't record sleep, only steps. I've reported this to OneDayOnly offers, which advised the courier company will fetch the unit from me. After various promises, this still hasn't happened. I want a full refund of the unit, and will give the unit to the courier company if one day they decide to pitch up.</p>
