Item order 17days ago, not yet delivered

Worse service ever. i ordered 2 items in one order on the 30th May, i only received 1 and the other 1 which is a duvet is not yet received and no1 is assisting, i want to cancel and get my money back so i can buy the duvet somewhere else. i cant even call them as there is no number. im so frustrated. i want my money back.
