Is it 'One day only' or is it one day - perhaps?

I ordered, and paid for, a Weber braai on Dec 6 as a Christmas gift (# 859190). After allowing sufficient time for delivery, I contacted customer service with regards to the status of my order, expressing my concern about the delivery date. To say that I have been fobbed off, albeit politely, would be an understatement! Guess who won't trust this company in future....
