Investigate onedayonly

I’ve ordered a bed on the 24 November all I received was an order no. After no follow up I contacted them via their help centre. They couldn’t trace anything happening on my order and told me they were going to contact the supplier. I waited again no response. I contacted them again this time they told me that they have checked with the company they gave them the details for the courier to assist. Their story was that they couldn’t trace it with the supplier again. Again no response. I contacted them again they gave me the details of the courier. So I asked them why they doing that since they know it was not collected from the supplier. They promised me they will contact the supplier again. I have now followed up several times and they are now ignoring me. I don’t think this company is legit. The bed cost me a lot of money and I’m a pensioner
