Inferior products are sold

I purchased several items from Onedayonly. One being a knife set, by Royal line. I have only recently started using it. When I used the one knife, the blade lifted up through the handle and I was just chopping a small onion. I contacted the OnedayOnly and was told sorry, but we only have a 7 day return policy. I can understand this, if I perhaps had buyers remorse after 7 days. However, I was sold an inferior product. I have no doubt that, this has happened to other, customers. And since they do nothing about the situation. Hundreds of faulty inferior products get sold to, customers. Who now have products that they cannot use. With just a sorry. Well I am sorry, I used One day Only. There is a reason for their name. Their products only last for oneday. Be warned you, won't receive a refund or a replacement. Which I don't want, since the quality it clearly poor. Don't bother to purchase from them.
