Inefficient and *********** support

OneDayOnly claim they refunded me last month for something I ordered that was never delivered however to date and after numerous e-mails are unable to advise the account details that the refund was made to.

Every time I send an e-mail to the support desk I get the same e-mail being sent back to me which is quite frustrating!
