Incredible customer service

I purchased a remote controlled helicopter on a OneDayOnly promotion. When I opened the item upon delivery I noticed that it was damaged. I contacted customer services and within 2 days I had a replacement helicopter delivered to my home, no questions asked, no red tape, just a replacement for my defective purchase. I am so pleased and impressed with this service!!!
