Incorrect sizing charts = consumers cost

The risk with buying clothing online is obviously the fit. Onedayonly covers themselves by giving you a RANGE of measurements for each size(for eg. on pants: small(w28-32), medium(32-34), large(etc.)). This means they do not commit to a particular measurement for a medium, but instead commit to a range. (except they actually don't even commit to that). Even after I took photos of my purchase next to a tape measure proving their range used was inaccurate, they still made me pay to ship it back by reducing my credit. Therefore, due to their inaccurate RANGE of measurements for a particular size (which is rediculous) I spent money on shipping here and shipping back. The consultant admitted on email that their sizes are not exact (yes, I know, but that's why you have given yourselves the safety net of having a range).

I used to fully support this website and have spent a fair amount of money here.

No more. Pity - penny wise, pound foolish.
