Incorrect Product obtained and yet no idea where correct product is.

I ordered two products as a gift for a birthday. One of the two products were wronglyfully labelled and resulted in me obtaining the wrong product - one I did not order/paid for. I had to constantly check-up and ask for information on rectification and obtaining the correct order. They arranged a courier to collect the wrong product but will not dispatch the correct product until they obtain the wrong product. It and when I obtain the correct product, I will NEVER EVER order from ONEDAYONLY again!!!!! Service is shocking and teribble communication s****s. Very unhappy.
