Incorrect marketing, the real brand comes in UK sizing at the bottom of the shoe

OneDayOnly sells Crock shoes. In SA retail stores, the shoe size (at the bottom of the shoe) is marked in UK sizes and the label on the shoe has both the UK and US size. It seems like they are selling another brand, as their sizes (at the bottom of the shoe, is done in US sizes. I ordered a UK size 8. Crocks available in SA retail stores are marked (at the bottom of the shoe) in UK sizes. They sent me a US size 9, it is marked like that at the bottom of the shoe. According to them it is supposed to fit (as a UK size 9 is a US size8) but their shoes are way to big. They are not prepared t send me the correct size. My order number: #***
