Incorrect item delivered - ZERO customer service

I actually wish I could give ZERO stars...they sent me an incorrect item, wrong colour jeans, I have been trying for days to return the item - they sent an email acknowledging their error, so no dispute regarding the incorrect item. Every day a different excuse as to why return has not been collected. I am now even nervous to return the item, I might never get my refund. Customer service non existent, zero phone number, zero chance of actually communicating with a human!
