Incomplete order and no accountability

I bought Nivea bold lotions (about 6) and Douwe Egberts coffee (2 collector’s edition) in November. The package was delivered and to my suprise, the coffee was not delivered. I thought maybe the coffee will be delivered in a different package, but when I checked the order later it showed that all items were delivered. I sen an email to One day only about a week ago and they have been looking into it since. Ayanda told me about warehouse glitches which has nothing to do with me and hasn’t been fixed a week later. He never bothers to communicate I must run after him for feedback always. Either they send me the coffees or they take back what they have delivered and give me a full refund and we’ll go our separate ways and u will delete the app
