Incomplete delivery

I am appalled by the poor service from one day only and their courier partner fast and furious. My order was meant to be delivered on the 20 June 2020.My delivery was meant to contain 3 items against a single order number and wabel number with fast and furious.

Fast and furious only delivered the 1 item which was a travel iron however the other 2 items are metal shelving that was not delivered. I have called them inquiring about the the rest of my order and they claimed that they never received the rest of the order from One day only. This is poor service as there is no tracking of the rest of my order which should have been delivered together.

Ive contacted fast n furious on Saturday 20 June and a customer service representative named pinky assured me there would be follow up by the lady who deals with one day only. I still haven't heard from them. I also email one day only on Saturday who also hasn't responded thus far even after I sent a follow up email today. Ticket #906373

I demand delivery of my items which I have paid for or my money back!
