INADEQUATE - website, mobile application and service

The WORST website and app ever!!! The cart won't load, if it does manage to get to the checkout then the payment form won't load... And after waiting for a really long time it sends you an error message and kicks everything out of your cart. The customer care team is just as useless because they don't even listen to your query, instead they give you some generic speel. I'm super annoyed, as an ONLINE store, you really should have have a better more efficient platform.
