Impeccable service

Thank you for your impeccable communication prompt service with my order. I received a colour different to that which I ordered the day before we went into lock-down. I emailed the support team and received an immediate response with advice on what to do followed by further indication that I would of course need to wait until my item could be delivered. Through the entire process I had assistance from various people to arrange collection (when we moved over to stage 4) and each employee who contacted me were warm, friendly and so helpful.
