I will never use OneDayOnly again!!

I have placed multiple orders with OneDayOnly since November this year. Lately I have been getting emails from them saying their suppliers cannot honour the order due to shortage of stock. This is after a few weeks of me placing the order. This has happened with at least 2 of my orders.

Secondly I have still yet to receive some of my orders placed over 4 weeks ago. I have followed up with them and even spoke to a Customer Service manager who promised they will be getting the goods to me asap. That was last week Friday and I have yet to receive anything. I have sent sent follow up emails and no one has response as yet. I tried to do all my shopping online because of Covid. Christmas Eve is tomorrow and some of my gifts for the kids have not arrived and I instead of wrapping presents I have to write emails and HellPeter reviews.

The courier company they use are useless. They don't give you notice that they are arriving. They just pitch up. Luckily I have been home
