I want my money back - useless product

As promised... I bought a Milex SA air fryer oven through OneDayOnly.co.za We read the manual and followed the instructions quite excited to try this fryer out. Bake setting set, baked biscuits and they got burnt at the bottom. Repeated the process and had the same result. Tried cooking other meals and was left disappointed. As if ruining the food, which is expensive nowadays and cannot afford to be thrown away, wasn't bad enough it quite clearly states that the exterior of the oven gets hot which is nothing new. What was new was the buttons and dial/knob get hot as well resulting in having to use oven gloves to operate the oven to avoid getting burnt... again. After approximately 50 emails, the oven being collected, then tested, then sent back to me, me giving it a second chance it failed dismally yet again. Another email sent to OneDayOnly to collect the oven and refund me. It was collected and I was informed it would be tested again and if the warranty is expired then... then what? I don't get my refund?

Milex, the product is not all it's made out to be especially for what I paid for it. I am dissatisfied with the service and your resistance to refund me!
