I bought a blender from them in November 2022 ordering and delivery was such a breeze and pleasure. I then used the blender end of November and then again in December I then took it out to use again in Feb and it would not work after several attempts to get the item returned I'm told I will have to ship it to them at my cost and they will either repair or replace and in the interim I sit without something I paid for including the shipping cost to me. This returns policy was nv explained in the beginning either. I will never recommend anyone buy from them as they have no after purchase services in place.
