How ridiculous can you get?

I ordered and paid for a product online from One Day Only in November (it is now middle February). The order was cancelled due to "no" proof of payment. I sent them the proof again and they secured another jacket for me. This item was duly dispatched. Then I received an e-mail to say the truck carrying my purchase was hijacked and I would get a full refund. Nothing has happened since then and I am not getting any response to my numerous queries. Yet they continue to send me spam advertising. How ridiculous can you get?
