Horrific service with no care

I have always had good dealings until now with One Day Only. It took them over 7 weeks to deliver my order and after numerous emails and follow ups they finally delivered the goods but not everything was included . The deal stated a table tennis table and 2 bats and 3 ***** and a net. When it finally arrived After 7 weeks of chasing them I received a table only ! It is now 3 months after I paid for the order and I still don’t have bats ***** and a net so cannot use the table . My children are devastated . I followed up on over 20 occasions During this 3 months and all I kept getting was auto generated responses telling me about backlogs. NOT GOOD ENOUGH . Also they have NO telephone number so you cannot speak to anybody either . I have never received such HORRIFIC service One Day Only - I am disgusted
