Horrible Service from OneDayOnly

I ordered suitcases online with OneDayOnly and I receieved excellent service, to such an extend I ordered a heardboard the very next day and thats when my nightmare began. I got a call from a guy who said he is from a company I did not know telling me he is outside with my delivery on a Monday morning. I then asked him where he was from he couldnt explain. I then figured he was from OneDayOnly I called him back he said he will call me back he is busy, he then called me again asking me why did I call him. I am like are you not from OneDayOnly he then said no was really confused etc ...I called again saying can he eliver on a Tuesday mind you I always indicated my helper is there on Tuesday I cannot receieve orders unless its a weekend. No one showed up on Tuwday I called again and was told they will deliver on Saturday. Saturday came and went, I called on Tuesday morning the following week, same thing as before happened. I then called yesterday where by the guy kept calling back then ghanging up and saying he is a diffirent guy its another guy who called me...very weird and frusttrating engagement all around. All I want is my money back 3 weeks later I dont have my money or the ordered headboard. the answer from OneDayOnlu I must wait till the courier company returns then goods then they will refund me after 3 working days. So more waiting now to get my money. I then get a call from a coherent guy speaking sesotho who insinsted that he will personally deliver my order on the weekend. I am like no I want my money back he tells me he is coming on saturday then I can decide ,,,,I am line no I have decided I dont want after what i went through did guy not insist its not his fault others messed up the order. I am ike guy its not about who is a fault i just want my money!!! All diffirent touch points including humans answering their emails or bots on whatsapp dissapointing!
