Horrible service experience

Ticket #880597: OneDayOnly Order ***. It is now going on ONE MONTH since I ordered a desk from you guys and I have yet to receive it. Your supplier made contact only via text, I provide my delivery address and now radio silence from both OneDayOnly and the supplier. My nerves are now shot! And it's very disappointing that your service has become SO bad, I used to love buying from you guys. And this will be the last time. Can I have this desk delivered PLEASE!
