Horrible service and Refusing to refund

OneDayOnly is the worst service I have ever received. Bought a Black and Decker grinder/blender out of the box it didn't switch on and informed OneDayOnly and now it's delay after delay from a company that refuses to refund a person after confirming the product is received. I have to follow up and I have to wait it took them almost 2 weeks just to collect the item and now they can't tell me when I will be refunded.

Any other retailer takes the product and refunds a person immediately.

Stay away you will likely get a product that doesn't work. And then you will have no product and no money.
