Horrible horrible horrible

Horrible service. I olaced an order for wines on the 29th May and it still says they are processing my order. They don’t respond to emails and ignore you on Twitter. I know companies are facing severe capacity constraints because of backlogs but you can’t be slow AND have bad customer service! Mine isn’t even the first complaint of this nature in the past 2 weeks!
