HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE

OneDayOnly chose to use DPD Laser for delivery when it has such horrible reviews here on HP, I am not sure what criterias you use to choose delivery services to partner with but someone failed to do their due deligence. You need to cut them off because they making you guys look bad because at the end of the day I we buy items from you and not the logistics company but we have to endure the frustrations from the logistics company.

I got an SMS on Monday 2nd February saying my package is on the way and today is Wednesday and I am still waiting for my package and when I called yesterday all I got was excuses after excuses and today when I call my call keeps beign dropped and worse part I cannot even report this on OneDayOnly as the only thing there is with on'es order is Log a return but now I have not gotten my package now I am even worried if when i get it it will be a what i ordered and not tempered with or something of sort because the delivery system has reviews like that.

Please consider changing to another logistics company DPD Laser is the pits, log on here and check the reviews for yourselves.
