HORRIBLE customer service! Not worth it

Its great if everything goes well but good luck if you have a problem! Horrible customer service. I ordered stuff on the 17th of November which included Christmas gifts. Its the 6th of January and I still have not received it. I have talked to several clueless customer service reps who have since stopped responding to me. Whats most annoying are the emails you receive asking if you are happy and asking to rate the experience you have had. Why ask if you have no intention to act!
