Horrible customer service

If there was a zero, I would give them that, I purchased a headboard for my daughter a month ago, the headboard delivered was not the color or the fabric that I requested. All I am getting is excuses that the person who deals with these queries is on leave and apologies, when all I want is my refund and for them to collect their item.
