Horrible Customer Service

I am so livid with the poor customer service I've been experiencing with OneDayOnly. I sent a query on Friday the 29th August 2026 regarding the defective product I received. I spoke to the customer service agent by the name of Fatima V who requested that I send her pictures of the products which I did but she never responded back and later that evening I made a follow up and Noludwe M another customer agent responded and she also asked me the pictures that I have already sent and I sent them again and guess what I am still waiting for feedback from both of them.
