HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered frying pans and the incorrect pans were delivered to me. I had to pay a return fee of R110 for absolutely no reason,it’s not my fault if the wrong thing was delivered and it made no sense to pay the collection fee as they collected the item upon delivery of another product. I have sent numerous emails but no response There has been 4 different consultants and all of them are absolutely useless I wouldn’t recommend one day only to anyone as they deliver incorrect items and charge you to return it Not even Shein charges to return and that’s back to china but one day only thinks they so special BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOBODY RESPONDS TO EMAILS BUT THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!
