Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service - no one seems to be manning the requests. I logged a return (plus an order cancellation) 2 weeks ago, other than automated request number, not a peep from them. Tried customer service email and their form online - nothing....

In the meantime the sales are pressing on, as who cares what happens to the order after...
