Horrible customer service!

I bought a new phone from OneDayOnly, only to find out it is not a genuine new phone as advertised.

I logged a return on 4/12/2022 to which they were responsive. Once I sent them everything they had requested they stopped communicating.

I have not received any instructions on how to return for 5 days.

Horrible customer service!
