Horrible communication

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from one day only, mid April, there was no communication with regards to when my package would arrive. Days after i had sent an email, they responded saying that they had not received the vacuum cleaner yet and once they have it, it will be sent to me. My package only arrived last week and it is not the vacuum cleaner i ordered. I emailed once again trying to find out why i have received the wrong one and i still havent received an email back. The service is horrible and i would not order from them again.
