<p>I ordered a product from this online store on the 11 December 2016, I was assured that the parcel will be delivered to my office in 5 working days, due to me going on leave on the 22nd. The 5 days passed and I received nothing, I was patient due to it being the festive season. After the 5 days, I sent few emails querying my delivering, responses to my emails wanted proof of payment which I sent through. I then was told that the parcel will be picked up the courier company and delivered to me. I received and sms this morning from courier company advising me that my parcel will be delivered within 3 days. i called the courier company to see if I can pick up the parcel from them at my own cost and INCONVENIENCE, i was told that I could and it would have to be on the 23rd December 2016. I now get an email from courier company advising they don't have my parcel and that they only received a notification to have it picked up.</p> <p>i am utterly disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.</p> <p>i fully understand that this is a busy period in the year, so what does no one get their stuff then if it is a busy period, and the communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
