Help me reach One Day Only

I bought Hisense automatic washing machine in January 2025 for R5999 with the delivery fee of R999 the delivery was fast but I only used the machine twice when I tried for the 3rd time it stopped spinning so I decided to report from onedayonly but I haven't got any response from them. I don't know what to do anymore PLEASE HELP ME
