HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

I placed my order the 28th of May. I have been requesting order updates, but haven't received any feedback yet? I am scared that I won't be getting my order...? I see on all the reviews that people are complaining....This was my first time placing an order with them.....I even phoned the number, but no one is answering....Is there anyone that can help give us some in site if this company is legit?
