have paid for item,order just cancelled

Hi<br> I have paid for the item I have ordered on the 8th of July via eft. I have emailed a statement of my account showing that I have paid them amount of R238 for the item. When I went online to check why my item is not being delivered, I saw that they cancelled my order. I have mailed them numerous times again, Nik and Tasmin...with proof again. I am now awaiting their response. I would like them to supply me with the product
