Great until you need to return a defective product (conclusion - you won't get it returned)

If I could give zero stars that would be too many. Great service until you need to return a product. As of today, we have spent almost 2 weeks emailing back and forth about the return of a product that arrived broken and unusable - this was a fragile item with no fragile sticker on.

OneDayOnly could not even stick to their own collection date of the product. This week will be week 3 of emailing back and forth.

I have also been informed that before I can get a refund the supplier would need to send the item for inspection, my conclusion is that I wont be getting this refunded let alone the product being collected. Guess this one will end up in the bin. Wonder how they feel about being environmentally friendly because now another useless item is ending up as waste.

The discounts you get are not worth the poor service you receive. I will not be supporting them again.
