I ordered 2 items on the 6th of Nov (Wed) they said it will take 5-10 days, they kept updating me about my order, even their tracking system is good.

On the 11th of Nov (Monday) after 3 days, the courier took my order and it was delivered on the 12th of Nov (Tuesday), it took them 4 days.
