Goods not collected for return

Very difficult to return goods! I completed all the forms, followed procedure , received authorisation. A full week later, the parcel has not been collected so I cannot be reimbursed. Will never recommend them unless you're lucky enough to not need to return the goods. Would value feedback on how to escalate this so that the issue can be resolved and my money can be returned
