Good value - slow(ish) delivery - decent after sales service.

I have been a consistant customer since Sep 2020 and have spent R 48 843 to date with them over 16 orders and 34 products. There was one product which was ******* and I asked for a refund - they credited my account and said I could keep the product. There were 2 products which were never despatched due to suppliers out of stock but I got a credit and a voucher code. Most orders, especially if you order multiple products, takes quite long though I found - sometimes taking up to 2 weeks (which is within their 5 to 10 working days) but it's usually more than 5. They don't hold stock which is the reason for this but so far so good. I will continue to support them as I've got some great deals off this site. But you can buy with confidence from them.
