Good Support and understanding

Recently had two orders from them, where one there was a item delivered that was faulty and started to burn the second batteries were put it, they instantly offered a refund for the item, and the other one, On check out, the delivery fee freaked out and ended up charging R100 more than normal, which they refunded very quickly. So very happy with the support and understanding they have given last few weeks.
