Good product, possibly, BUT the worst courier service in Cape Town!

I ordered a product from OneDayOnly on the 29th of November 2019. They proceeded to dispatch the product to Fast Way Couriers to deliver the package. This is where the problem lasted. OneDayOnly is in partnership with the wrong and most frustrating courier company in Cape Town. Their service was and continues to be unprofessional and with no assistance. It is the 9th of December and I am still waiting for my product as it travels from OneDayOnly warehouses to Fast Way warehouses and back again. I recommend do not purchase anything from OneDayOnly if they use Fast Way as a courier service.
