Going further and beyond

I recently ordered an item from OneDayOnly, and had to return it due to a manufacturing issue. Their service was outstanding and Carryn was exceptional and assisted me with the return process and sent updates all the time. I never had to keep contacting them. They collected the item within a day of lodging the return. To go a step beyond, they also sent me a gift voucher for my troubles.
