Goedkoop koop is duurkoop - Painful attempt at refund

<p>I bought a big and quite expensive TV on One day deals that was delivered on the 5th of December. After the installation, I realised that the apps on the Smart TV doesn't work (the apps were the reason for getting a smart TV in the first place). I emailed them (because there are no phone numbers available anywhere) to request a refund on the 7th of December, as the T&C's states that you only have 5 days to return the purchase. I only received feedback on the 12th of December informing me that they are liasing with the supplier and will get back to me. I then rep**** and said that I'm leaving on holiday and that I need feedback asap. On the 13th, after no feedback, I emailed again and asked for the product to be returned immediately. I then received a form for completion and the product was picked up from my house on the 14th of December. I also enquired about the refund, on which i was advised that I need to send my banking details and the money will be EFT into my account as soon as the product is returned. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 21st of December I received an email from another person at OneDayOnly apologising for the "terrible (non-existent) customer service" (this was her words) that I received from them. Asking again for my banking details to do the refund. As I was out f the country, I rep**** again with my banking detals on the 5th of January, also asking how soon this refund will be made. After no response, I emailed again on the 6th of January,following up on the refund. I received another "apologies for the delay" email, again requesting my banking details. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then send my banking details for the third time, also expressing my frustration and again asking how long the refund will take, with no response. This was the 6th of January.</p> <p> </p> <p>After no feedback since the 6th, I emailed again asking what is going on,with again no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>WORST service I have ever received!!!</p> <p> </p>
